Investing in Massage is an Investment in Your Health

I combine Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage techniques that include facilitated stretching, or I could tailor a healing massage just for you depending on your specific needs. 

Services are provided in a private, clean and safe environment on a table using clean linens. A heated pad is also used on cooler days or by special request.  I use non-scented oil or lotion, and music plays in the background to further enhance your experience.  A shower is also available if needed.
